Warranty Terms and Conditions
All laptops, which have been bought from our stores, have a 6 month warranty from the point of sale. This warranty excludes battery life and malicious damage, e.g. liquid damage, physical damage (broken screen casing). The warranty does not cover any damage or problems caused by you. The 6 month warranty covers any issues which we may have missed before selling to you.
If the warranty stamp is not intact, the warranty will be void.
Refunds are only carried out within 7 days of purchase if the item is found to be faulty. If at fault, we will try to rectify the specific problem. If that’s not possible, a replacement laptop, with a similar specification and of equal value will be provided upon request. If you’d prefer to just get your money back then please see below.
Please remove any any personal data before you return the machine to us. If data is found, a £20 admin charge will apply.
The receipt for the item you wish to return is required as proof of purchase. If you fail to provide your receipt, we reserve the right to deny the refund, repair or swap.

The Laptop Shop thanks you for your custom, and if you wish to return your item we greatly apologise. We try our hardest in providing you with the best service we can, offering great quality products at low costs.
If we have missed anything when selling you a product, which causes it to be faulty, we are happy to repair or exchange your item within the 6 month warranty under the conditions stated above.
